2010 Tables

I’ve just been reminded of something I have wanted to clarify for sometime and that is the use of the © symbol in the race program. Our particular use of this symbol is to indicate a non-points scoring ride, for whatever reason, and is not meant specifically to indicate a Classic Club member entry (although this is one of its uses).

The championship tables look nice and neat on my main laptop, LinuxMint 9 using Konquerer, Firefox and Opera, and on my standby laptop running Windoze XP with SP2 installed and Internet Explorer 8. I haven’t had an opportunity to view any of this site recently using an Apple Mac, of any description, but guess it will look just fine

Due to a lack of support and a suitable handicapping system the Solo champion of champions handicap race will not be run and as a consequence the championship will not be contested for this and future seasons. Perhaps, if a compromise handicapping system can be devised that appears fair to all, this race will once again grace the race program.

Some standardisation of the championship pages and tables has taken place to better display the data they contain.
